Hey, Guys! I'm just writing this really quick to let you know that we have a new stories feature. We will be submitting stuff that we've written onto the new stories tab in the upper right hand corner. Be sure to check out everything there and comment on what you like or don't like about the stories. I'll be writing the first one, and I hope that you guys like it.
Then they took us inside the studio and rehearsed their sketches. I would tell you about some of them, but we were sworn to secrecy, so all I'll say is that there'll be a lot of fun in Studio C Season 7.
1. Aunt sues Nephew for hug
"Four years ago Jennifer Connell attended the 8th birthday party of her nephew, Sean Tarala. Apparently Tarala was so enthused at the presence of his “Auntie Jen” that he leapt into her arms. The jump caused Connell to fall to the ground, breaking her wrist.
The next present Connell gave Tarala to unwrap was a $127,000 lawsuit."
2. Man sues Olympics for traffic
"In Japan, a court has ordered the organizers of the Nagano Winter Olympics to pay damages for mental anguish to a spectator who missed an event because of heavy traffic."
3. Women sues for weather
"A woman in Israel is suing a TV station and its weatherman for $1,000 after he predicted a sunny day and it rained. The woman claims the forecast caused her to leave home lightly dressed. As a result, she caught the flu, missed 4 days of work, spent $38 on medication and suffered stress."
4. Never take a surfer's wave
"A surfer recently sued another surfer for "taking his wave." The case was ultimately dismissed because they were unable to put a price on "pain and suffering" endured by watching someone ride the wave that was "intended for you."
A man and his wife sued a guide-dog school for $160,000 after a blind man learning to use a seeing-eye dog stepped on the woman's toe. She sought $80,000 for medical bills, pain & suffering, humiliation and disability. Her husband sought the same amount for loss of his wife's care, comfort and consortium.
6. Mans sues himself
"An inmate filed a $5 million lawsuit against himself (he claimed that he violated his own civil rights by getting arrested) -- then asked the state to pay because he has no income in jail. He said, "I want to pay myself $5 million dollars, but ask the state to pay it on my behalf since I can't work and am a ward of the state." The judge was not impressed by his ingenuity, and dismissed the suit as frivolous."
7. Sues for ending her marriage when she got divorced
"Apparently not everyone is aware that a divorce ends a marriage. A British woman tried to sue her lawyers, claiming they should have warned her that by getting a divorce, her marriage would be terminated."

8. Sues for getting trapped in garage
"I locked myself in your garage while robbing you, and couldn't get out because you were on vacation."
9. It's not like I provoked him...
A man sued his neighbor for there pet beagle biting him after he climbed over their fence and started shooting a pellet gun at the dog.
10. Haunted house is just too scary
"Cleanthi Peters claimed that her trip to Universal Studios' Halloween Horrors haunted house caused her "extreme fear, mental anguish, and emotional distress." Isn't that the whole point of a haunted house?"
